Boon currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Processing Times

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume. Please refer to the individual product page for the most current estimated processing time.

Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times provided at checkout or through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before completing your purchase. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Boon is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent using the contact information associated with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Damaged Packages

If your candle arrives physically damaged, including cracked or broken glass, do not light or use it.

Please retain the candle, shipping box, packaging materials, and shipping label and contact us promptly with photographs.

Gel Candles During Transportation

Movement and temperature changes during shipping may cause the gel and fruit-inspired elements inside your candle to shift.

After delivery, keep your candle upright on a flat surface at room temperature and allow it to rest undisturbed for 5–7 days before lighting or evaluating its final appearance.

Movement of the gel or decorative elements during transportation is not, by itself, considered shipping damage.
